Suitable for washing of different sizes of glass/metal bottles from inside and outside. These bottle washing machines are completely GMP model with all contact parts in SS 304 and works on geneva mechanism. It consists of a rotary platform with specially designed cups to accommodate any size of bottles from 50 ml. Bottles are washed internally and externally at four different stations. The unit is provided with gear box, motor. SS pumps & SS tanks. Output can be between 75 to 100 bottles per minute with the help of variable speed pulley. Manual loading and unloading of the bottles. 

Each washing station is controlled by separate solenoid valve. Machine can be supplied in MS or SS body. Machine works on geneva mechanism and designed for minimum maintenance. No contamination of waters because of different washing nozzles. Washing sequence can be interchanged as per requirement. One tanks of 75 ltr. Capacity for fresh/DM water and one tank is provided with heater thermostat control and hot valve for detergent/hot water two pumps for pressurized water jet for internal and external cleaning.
